Job Description         

NAOVI is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist to support the following government task:

Primary responsibilities:

• Leads and executes transformation and organizational change initiatives and activities.
• Apply structured transformation and organizational change methodologies; engage agency staff to lead organizational change management activities
• Work with team members to recommend, develop and implement change management strategies that create a culture of change, engage stakeholders, and sustain momentum that advances agency capabilities.
• Develop materials, such as process guides, fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, and presentations in an effort to promote change management initiatives
• Support the project team to develop stakeholder outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, management buy-in, and support
• Coach agency managers and supervisors to facilitate line adoption of change
• Engage stakeholders
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress; Track and report issues.

Experience and Education:

• BS Degree with 18 years experience in organizational change management within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• MS Degree with 10 years experience in organizational change management within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• All candidate MUST currently possess an Active TS/SCI w/CI polygraph clearance for consideration. No clearance sponsorships.
