Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with healthcare providers across various specialties, including oncologists, primary care physicians, surgeons, and their staff.
- Serve as the main point of contact for referring physicians, ensuring their questions, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to physicians' offices and clinics to provide educational updates, discuss patient cases, and maintain open communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., clinical staff, marketing) to ensure seamless coordination of patient referrals and smooth communication with referring providers.
Promotion and Outreach:
- Develop a comprehensive outreach plan to target key healthcare providers and organizations in the Brooklyn and Queens area.
- Conduct engaging presentations and discussions showcasing the unique benefits and clinical expertise of our radiation oncology center.
- Organize and participate in educational events, seminars, and conferences to raise awareness of our services and foster professional connections.
- Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters) highlighting our center's capabilities, treatment options, and patient success stories.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze referral patterns, identify growth opportunities, and adapt outreach strategies accordingly.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in radiation oncology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, physician relations, or network development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working in oncology or radiation oncology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of the cancer care landscape.
