Role: Market Leader
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite from day 1)
Type: Full-time (W2)
Salary range: $45K- $55K
Visa: USC, GC, and GC EAD.
Job Description
Market Leader will oversee sales activities and manage sales representatives within a defined market.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains sales representatives in assigned market.
- Organizes sales schedules of assigned staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sells the company's services in an assigned market.
- Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
- Works to establish new accounts in the assigned market.
- Works toward increasing sales growth in the assigned market at an established rate determined by VP of Sales.
- Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other markets and sales representatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Five years of outside sales experience required.
