Looking to immediately hire an experienced medical aesthetics manager with plastic surgery, medi-spa and or prior aesthetic medical experience. The applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication as well as sales, marketing, and customer service skills. Duties and Responsibilities Include managing the practice as well as the sales and marketing activities. The manager is the front-line person for the doctor, injectors and aestheticians. Prior sales and marketing experience is required. The practice manager will direct and liaison with all vendors, contractors, social media, and marketing contractors for the business. The employee must be familiar and comfortable with using EMR platforms. We are seeking an individual who is experienced with sales and marketing in an aesthetic medicine practice and who is driven and motivated to build and grow the practice. The practice has VIP and celebrity clients and excellent customer service is required in all areas of the practice. We are looking for individuals who are team players and who are driven and motivated by benchmarks. and goals. Must be motivated to learn about women's health and expand knowledge and skills. The duties below pertain to the general daily office duties.
Pay Structure: We offer a competitive compensation structure, salary plus a generous performance-based bonus structure - earning potential is practically unlimited for strong sales performers! (Base Commission Equity)
Key Functions of the Role
· Providing excellent customer service and experiences to all clients and members through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and membership sales and management.
· Oversee and manage daily operations of the facility.(aestheticians, injectors, etc)
· Manage sales performance.
· Recruit, hire, and develop talented professionals
· Train, monitor, and coach performance of all sales and service staff.
· Membership education and sales - including sales goals and incentives
· Passionately promote products and services with effective, clear communication
· Communicate with Service Provider team and maximize appointment book
· Find opportunities for grassroots marketing and local community connections to build prospect counts and brand awareness
· Administrative duties including reporting, P&L analysis, payroll, cash handling, inventory and ordering, etc.
Role Requirements
· Medical Aesthetics experience is a must
· Proven passion for communicating with people and providing consistent, excellent service
· Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A fast learner, with a positive attitude
· Comfortable in a fast paced high-volume environment.
· Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
· A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
· Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi- tasking
· Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
