Novo Health Services is seeking a full-time janitor for our Williamsport Healthcare facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the overall clean appearance of the offices, lunchrooms, restrooms, and machinery (as needed). Job duties include but are not limited to sweeping, dusting, emptying garbage, waxing/washing, minor preventative maintenance and other janitorial tasks.
Successful candidates must have self-initiative, high motivation, and ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. Quality workmanship, teamwork, communication and motivational skills, problem solving and organizational skills, and regular attendance are essential in this role.
The shift will be Sunday through Thursday 11:00pm – 7:30am. Pay Rate will be $13.97 an hour, plus a shift differential for working 3rd Shift from 5pm to 5am.
