Accountant

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

• Assist in managing the month-end closing and preparing journal entries.
• Prepare detailed account reconciliations.
• Prepare a Quarterly review of Balance Sheet GL account balances.
• Provide analysis and review of profit & loss variances by account.
• Reports cash balances daily.
• Prepares bank reconciliations.
• Works on special projects as required.
• Maintain the integrity of the standard cost system, including manufacturing costs such as payroll, inventory accountability.
• Supervise the process of the standard cost updates and manage the year-end standard cost rollup.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3-5 years' accounting experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal peers and customers.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High attention to details and high level of efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience and highly proficient in information technology and financial applications preferably SAP S/4 HANA or Made 2 Manage (M2M); Oracle Hyperion application; requires exceptional Excel knowledge.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data.
• Manufacturing experience highly desirable.
