How You'll Perform the Role
We're looking for Experienced Industrial Machine Operators for several different positions. We have Extrusion Operators, Press Operators, and Slitter Operators.

Essential duties :
- Produce & pack quality product at target machine speeds using safe work practices.
- Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
- Read & understand Production Order Packet (POP); prepare all machine components for production.
- Complete set-up and / or change over activities with minimal assistance in allotted time.
- Participate in Preventative Maintenance Activities as assigned.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
What We Need From You
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
- Ability to work 12 hour day or night shift
- Work overtime as required
- Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with our without accommodation
