JobOverview :
We are seeking adetailoriented and analytical Fraud and Security Agent to join ourteam. This role is responsible for monitoring detecting andpreventing fraudulent activities in customer transactions whileensuring a secure environment for our clients.
The agent willhandle inquiries related to account security provide excellentcustomer service and investigate potential fraud in a fastpacedcall center environment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Monitor transactions for signs of suspicious orfraudulent activity.
- Respond to customerinquiries regarding account security and fraudprevention.
- Investigate and resolve fraudulentcases through detailed analysis and communication withclients.
- Escalate complex fraud cases to higherlevels of security when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest trends infraud and security to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Experience :
- Previous experience in a fraud prevention orsecurity role preferably in a call center or customer serviceenvironment.
- Familiarity with financialtransactions digital fraud prevention tools andtechniques.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English.
- Attention todetail and the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Strong customer service skillswith the ability to explain complex security concepts tonontechnical customers.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in MS Office and fraud detectionsoftware (e.g. fraud managementsystems).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principlesis a plus.
WorkConditions :
- Shifts mayinclude weekends and holidays as fraud prevention is a 24 / 7operation.
- Officebased within a call centerenvironment.
