Job Description
Hiring for a Labor & Employment / Employee Benefits positions for the Atlanta office of a national civil litigation defense firm comprised of over 200 attorneys with locations throughout the United States. The firm places an emphasis on strong legal work plus excellent service, Firm attorneys also focus on preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation.
Associate attorney would work closely with the offices established team of litigators and robust client base. Associates would have significant opportunities for growth and advancement.
Firm offers extremely competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k) matching, and bonus opportunities. This position contemplates a hybrid or fully in-office arrangement.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements for Candidates:
Admitted to the Georgia Bar.2 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.Preference for ERISA/employee benefits counseling or civil litigation experience; however, a willingness to learn this area included with general civil litigation experience is welcome.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum.
