The Project Foreman will be supporting the underground utilities division for water, sewer, storm drain, UG conduit electric distribution, and various infrastructure projects. Projects that include new construction and replacement work, range from small to large size and complexity, and are typically located in the local market for various private, municipal, and other agencies.

Responsibilities
- Maintain up to date AZ One Call blue stake requests
- Obtain and prepare TCP’s; update Dust Control permits and logs
- Plan and manage schedules to adhere to strict project deadlines
- Plan accordingly to ensure adequate labor, equipment, and materials for projects
- Maintain relationships with owners, customers and general contractors
- Participate in project meetings as requested, review changes in current scope of work and assist with project documents
- Work with project managers to assist with RFI’s, project schedules, initiate change order requests and project correspondence
- Revise work with manager/operations personnel to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide accurate project revenue streams including extra work items, change orders, credits, procurement of material, etc.
- Assists with project management duties as requested
- Other duties as requested by leadership
Education, Skills, Experience Needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 2 Years’ experience as field foreman successfully completing multi-million dollar projects related to the underground utility, civil or infrastructure projects or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of project requirements, specifications, permits and drawings
- Extensive knowledge of MAG Specifications and various agency MAG supplements
- Knowledge of and skill in successful completion of water, sewer and storm drain projects
- Mathematical skill to calculate lines and grades and correctly order import materials
- Ability to properly test and certify various utility installations to meet the various agency & municipal requirements
- Skills to communicate in writing and to compose correspondence with complete and correct scope of work
- Oral communication skill to communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, subs and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, various agency supplements and various bidding documents to determine scope of work
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service by answering questions, providing accurate information, and responding to requests on a timely basis
Working Environment
- Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
- All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
- Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
- Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Requirements
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
