Provide guidance and advice about the Change Management process to the local change community.
Ensure compliance with Change Management operational procedures.
Drive improvements to local Change Management operations and raise process improvement opportunities with the Operational Process Owner
Perform proactive change data quality samplings and educate change assignees according to the Change Standards
Implement process improvements to meet a satisfactory or mature rating for Change Management KPI, KRIs
Conduct process improvement working groups and deep dive sessions with stakeholders in order to identify common themes, patterns
Produce Adhoc Service First reporting, utilize dashboards to constantly monitor Change Management KPI, KRIs, CVCs (Change Control Validations)
Active coordination of Change Freezes, Heightened Awareness and Business Events impacting Business Units
Remediate and track non-compliance or unsatisfactory change metrics via ORAC responses/Service Improvement Plans
Conduct monthly governance meetings with stakeholders, record minutes, and follow-up on actions including service improvement plans.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5 years in ITIL, out of which 2 years of experience in managing IT Change
2 years of experience with ITSM tool (e.g. Service Now), specifically reporting and querying data, understanding Config management, how it pertains to Change management and ability to traverse hierarchical datasets within SN
Significant expertise in Excel and Powerpoint to be able to manage and present large datasets to use for decision making
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications :
Driving Process Improvement through automation using Data Science and Machine Learning capabilities (e.g.Python/Excel integration)
Experience of working in global teams
Experience of working in a regulated (preferably financial) environment
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Strong assertiveness & negotiation skills and proven ability to influence others
Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify trends on change data and set appropriate actions
Excellent presentational skills with ability to present and create slides for stakeholders
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and its underlying components (Networks, Unix, Windows etc.)
Experience of managing Change to support Dev/Sec Ops
