What you will do

As a Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner, your highest priority is managing the full life cycle recruitment process (including recruitment strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment and selection) for technical positions while providing a top-notch candidate experience. You will collaborate and build strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership to identify talent needs that align with organizational goals within the Delivery (Tech, Operations, Customer Support) function. You will identify proactive and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline. You will counsel and educate on recruitment and interview best practices, provide market intelligence, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance.

 

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 -5 years full life cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing in the technical space required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Jobvite, a plus
  • Experience with online recruitment and employment branding tools including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others
  • Exposure to larger HRIS platforms such as UKG, a plus
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain and uphold confidentiality expectations
