Job Summary:
Reliant seeks an experienced Analyst, Product and Innovation with strong product development experience, business acumen and leadership skills. This position is full-time located in the Houston area. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refresh existing products and bring new products to market that provide solutions to customer needs, as well as enhance the overall Reliant product portfolio. This role has a specific focus on renewable products, but may also include electricity products to support campagins or key traget segments. The product development process will complement and support the Reliant go-to-market plan.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Support the development of the Reliant renewable & electricity products roadmap, including conceptualizing and innovation of new products and enhancement of current products, to support strategic business priorities
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market, competitive, and customer research supported by interaction with customers and non-customers to identify emerging trends, consumer demands, and technologies, including Reliant's points of differentiation and advantage
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues, including technical and non-technical teams
Effectively communicate and present to executives, business leaders and cross functional teams, as needed
Lead & contribute to cross-brand initiatives related to renewables as needed, examples: rooftop solar, EV products/services, cross-serve products, VPP programs
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a product, marketing, or strategy role
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or other related field
Proven experience in bringing new products to market for consumer-facing products or services
Proven background in improving and optimizing business performance based on key metrics and goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adept at quickly understanding new technologies and identifying business value
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products, including directing others and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Experience in innovation role
Highly data-driven with the ability to analyze, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions
Comprehensive understanding of business goals and the need to balance and sometimes make trade-offs
Thinks strategically, but also skilled in tactical execution and able to maintain multiple projects and tight timelines
Able to utilize organizational and project management skills to direct work activities within critical path timelines
Ability to establish strong relationships to influence perceptions and manage change
Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a detailed and organized manner
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally requires lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities
