What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specimen Processor position at NRG USA?
NRG is hiring immediately for a Specimen Processor for a medical lab located in East Providence.
M-F 10am-6:30pm or 2:30pm -11pm
- Receive, sort, and enter various specimen into the Laboratory Information System
- Label and process specimen- may include mixing the specimen to ensure that all the components are evenly distributed throughout the sample or spinning the specimen in a centrifuge
- Check for contamination and preserve them properly
- Other duties as assigned.
