Job Description
After all the success stories in 100 countries, we started our journey with North American Trucks and Agricultural Tractors 3 years ago and now looking for a new team member to play a crucial role as a Regional Sales Manager in our rapidly growing USA and Canada operations.
Regional Sales Manager will play an important role in securing new business and managing the existing accounts by planning and executing all sales activities.
Remote working is available for this position, there is no requirement for office attendance.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for all IAM and OEM channels in designated sales region. Will function in following roles:
- Primary sales and marketing contact for all IAM and OEM channels
- Travel existing and potential customers in USA and Canada
- Actively participates as a key member of global sales team
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering upon all expectations set, while growing our market share each year
- Personally responsible for maximizing sales to all existing direct and indirect accounts in assigned regions, and generation and development of new leads
- Manages regions on dealers and independent accounts to achieve ROTA product preference over competitive products
- Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting help to all accounts coordinating with divisional engineering and project team as needed
- Plays a role in the new product development process by researching products in the market
- Keeps ROTA management apprised of all significant opportunities/market developments
- Resolves commercial issues, including warrantee, price discrepancies and credit problems
- Attends/leads all industry trade shows, open houses etc. as directed by ROTA management
- Any additional requests ROTA Management deems important and necessary on the responsible markets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 or more years of experience in commercial vehicle industry with a recognized manufacturer, distributor or large repair facility
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles IAM and OEM distribution channels
- 3 or more years of experience or related background in sales management
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills
- Self-directed with excellent organizational, multi-tasking and planning skills
- Ability to travel overnight 30-@% of the time
- Ability to remote working
