What are the responsibilities and job description for the BPO Metrics & Reporting Analyst position at NTT DATA?
- Running reports from reporting tools and creating daily, weekly and monthly dashboards
- Experience in SQL, Oracle, Excel , Power BI
- Able to write adhoc queries and execute reports
- SLA monitoring, idenitfying risk areas
- Familiarity with call center reporting
- Organizing and completing tasks per assigned priorities.
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the tea
- Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines
Requirements for this role include:- University degree or equivalent that required formal studies of the English language and basic Math
- 5 years of experience in the US Healthcare market that required a working knowledge of claims and enrollment reporting
- 5 years of experience that required a knowledge of database concepts in SQL, Oracle and Excel based reporting.
- **Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8 AM/5PM EST
