We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Information Technology Manager to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
In the role of Information Technology (IT) Technical Manager, you will be responsible for all contractor IT Interview and Assessment Data Analysis Task work performed under the IT tasks in support of the program. You will also be responsible for the management of the IT Network and Application Penetration Testing Assessment Task.
For each of these tasks, you will oversee and manage:

Artifact Analysis, Research, and Assessment Pre-Planning;
- Interview Planning and Execution Support;
- Post Interview Information Processing and Reporting;
- Assessment Close-Out and Follow-Up;
- Updating Existing Policies, SOPs, Runbooks
You will define task-level resource plans and effectively onboard resources as required. You will direct the efforts of others and provide oversight into all aspects of task delivery at both the operational and tactical levels.
Job Duties:

Plan, direct, communicate, and control the overall management and operational functions of your assigned tasks during normal hours of operating and during periods of no-notice emergencies
- Directly manages information technology and/or operational technology cybersecurity assessments
- Provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving support
- Review or conduct audits of information technology (IT) programs and projects
- Act as a primary stakeholder in the underlying information technology (IT/OT) operational processes and functions that support the various assessments, provide direction, and monitor all significant activities so the service is delivered successfully.
- Gather feedback on ORs satisfaction and internal service performance to foster continual improvement.
- Review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions, and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
- Work with ORs leadership staff and product owners to balance and prioritize services to meet overall customer requirements, constraints, and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

12 years of managerial/leadership experience, to include:
- Experience planning, directing, communicating, and controlling the overall management and operational functions
- 12 years of relevant experience, to include:
- Experience working with leadership staff and product owners to balance and prioritize services to meet overall customer requirements, constraints, and objectives
- Experience providing ongoing optimization and problem-solving support
- Experience reviewing or conducting audits of information technology (IT) programs and projects
- Possess a current Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to proposal submission
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent combination of education and work experience); or 4 additional years of experience with an Associates or 8 additional years of experience will substitute an undergraduate degree

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- GIAC Defensible Security Architecture (GDSA)
- Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
Preferred Qualifications:

Possesses advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities required to resolve more complex IT issues.
- Knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques for multiple functional areas within IT.
- Proven ability to manage a department or a group with multiple disciplines.
- Advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive the budgeting process.
- Excellent communications and relationship skills.

- Certified Ethical Hacker
