NTT Data is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Financial Administrator to work in Orange, CT with our global client. This will be a 6 month contract role with the possibility of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative tasks based on a guide provided by the customer.
- Export information from different sources and perform some controls based on those inputs.
- Generate Purchase orders for customer´s providers.
- Control amount allocated to the projects / services versus invoices received by the customer.
- Present information in a clear way (summaries, presentation, etc.)
Requirements:
- Excel knowledge (formulas, dynamics tables, …)
- Financial concepts (income, costs, invoices, etc …)
- Proactivity and good attitude
- General knowledge of IT area (just to “understand” what is a IT project, service)
- Basic Office PowerPoint knowledge
