Project Overview:
Training materials for new IT Support personnel is needed to help create knowledge articles on the ServiceNow platform. We would like to deliver a reusable and packaged training course that can be distributed as part of initial phases of ServiceNow trainings. The training materials will need to be distributed and socialized on multiple messaging platforms and will require specific creative materials to match, ie. motion graphics can be reused on multiple platforms but the Plateau/SuccessFactors content will need to be delivered in appropriate manner.
This position is 20 hours/week for 6 months with a possible extension of contract.
Role Scope / Deliverables: In Knowledge Management Design & Training you will be creating motion graphics and other digital artifacts to train new user how to create Knowledge Articles for IT support. The assets you create will be used in ServiceNow Knowledge trainings you help create for new Thermo Fisher Scientific colleagues. You will need to be able to support these trainings with the ultimate goal of having these new colleagues create Knowledge Articles.
