Specialty Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Analyst (SME)
NTT DATA - Remote (local to Monroeville, PA)
Full time (6 months)
Start date: 4/2/2023
Pay rate: $24.34/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday Flexible 7AM EST to 5:30 PM EST OR 8AM EST to 6:30 PM EST (four 9-hr days Mon-Thurs) and one 4-hr day (Fridays))
Job Description:
This position assures consistent quality of Specialty Services Revenue Cycle functions in order to yield improved financial results for our Specialty Pharmacy. The role will be accountable for conducting quality audits specific to Specialty Accounts Receivable and partnering with training and process improvement functions to enable continuous improvement. The role will also provide information to assist in the feedback and formal education process for specialty colleagues.
Required Skills:
1. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Attention to detail and accuracy
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills
Experience:
Required: Minimum 6 months experience working in Revenue Cycle
Preferred: Pharmacy or health care experience
Helpful: Quality Assurance experience
Education:
High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
