We are looking to add a Receptionist to our team!
Job Function:
- Answers all incoming phone calls, directing and screening calls as appropriate.
- Greet visitors and customers, following security procedures protocol and directing, as necessary.
- Scan test reports as directed.
- Managing daily mail. Assist the Human Resources, Accounting, and Quality departments with projects as time permits.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- PC / data entry skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
- Previous switchboard experience.
- Ability to speak clearly and accurately using proper telephone etiquette.
- Ability to project a professional image on the telephone and in person.

This is a full-time position. Schedule M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The salary ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.
