Business Intelligence Analyst
Position Summary

To build, maintain and support reporting and analytics of key client recruitment data. Primary responsibilities include updating, maintaining data supporting reports as well as building and troubleshooting all reports related to key enterprise client. Work well with a team in maintaining and developing reporting for internal stakeholders and efforts around effective data pipeline.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Assist/support daily procedures of updating data feeding all reporting including maintenance of Data Warehouse in SQL.
• Build and maintain a relationship with assigned Enterprise Client acting as the SME of all recruitment related business needs, data, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain reporting using Power BI that most effectively utilizes its capabilities to provide essential data and KPIs to both internal and external stakeholders/clients.
• Conduct audits of data pipeline and partner with essential users to mitigate inaccuracies.
• Build effective reporting for all levels in business from recruiters to C-Suite and be able to present reporting effectively to all audiences.
• Work with multiple data sources including mySQL, Sharepoint, excel, and PostgresSQL to create a single report/KPI.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses for key project initiatives and strategies (both internally and for clients.)  

Education and Work Experience

• Education:  Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
• Relevant Work Experience: 3 Years working with Power BI – Preferred, Technical experience with databases and data warehousing concepts/tools and proven capability to problem-solve using quantitative and analytical skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge/Abilities –Technical Skills:  Advanced experience with excel. Experience with Power BI preferred. SQL and DAX knowledge are ideal.
• Communication Skills (Verbal/Written):  Articulate and well versed in data storytelling.  Must be able to demonstrate reporting to all levels of stakeholders accurately and concisely.

• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills especially in building a trusted and credible relationship with critical clients
