Schoolhouse Market Team Member
Job Summary
Reports to: Company Store Manager
The Schoolhouse Market Team Member supports the operation by helping it run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. They would greet customers and supply customer service. Display merchandise and complete the sale.
Responsibilities
Work closely with SML to prepare the merchandise for displays at the Schoolhouse Market.
Delivers exceptional customer service by maintaining the customer come first attitude and through personal contact with customers while promoting sales by sampling merchandise and products to customers as well as staff.
Help customers providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
Perform all daily functions of operating the Schoolhouse Market to include opening and closing operations of the market.
Maintains a safe and clean store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalency.
Experience
Experience in a retail environment is desired.
