The Nugget Markets Kitchen, in our Woodland Warehouse, is looking for dedicated bakers to join our talented and passionate bakery team! This is a full time position with a more physical aspect that suits someone with experience working in a fast paced production environment.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities are to prep, bake, package and label hundreds of baked goods per day that will be shipped to our stores. This includes prep produce and deli products; mix, scale, and bench dough to prepare it for baking; prepare and bake artisan breads and other dessert products; lift and stack flour; load carts and racks with product; operate all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers, and dough dividers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
Qualifications
You should meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must have intermediate knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read recipes, basic instructions, schedules and signage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A positive attitude is essential!
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
