Job Posting for Security Data Analyst at NuHarbor Security

Security Data Analyst

The Company

Every day, NuHarbor Security improves the cybersecurity of our clients. Our managed security services are always watching over them, ensuring their systems are configured correctly and alerting them when real security events occur, while our penetration testing and information assurance teams provide security insight and recommendations to improve protections and shared response activities. We're growing quickly because our clients, and the general market, are looking for more comprehensive assistance with their security strategy than product vendors or traditional service providers can offer.

The Role

NuHarbor clients value our consistent and comprehensive security insights. The company has grown and thrived with our analysts and managers communicating this information directly to these clients. With that experience and exposure, we are now developing a cloud-based platform that will produce and present these insights to our clients in a simple and intuitive interface. To do this, we are looking to expand our engineering team with a data analyst who will help us to gather and analyze the information we need to draw these new conclusions. This will involve a full suite of data access efforts in the design and development of queries and interfaces to feed our security reporting and analytics. This is a critical and primary role in the creation of what we expect to be an industry-changing user experience, and a meaningful extension of the team's capabilities. If you have data analytics and reporting experience as well as a passion for creating an impact in the critical area of cybersecurity, then read on.
