Our company is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents! This is a full-time role offering great commission, bonuses, and the ability to sell multiple carriers in over 30 states! Client will pay for non-resident state contracting and offer a permanent role post AEP!
Overtime will be provided during AEP and great bonuses and incentives for top performers in addition to commissions!
Job Duties:
- Using your knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, vision, and dental enrollments to identify the needs of the customer
- Licensed Agent will be responsible for providing great customer service to Medicare members across multiple states
- Using a needs analysis based selling approach, accurately answering questions, addressing any concerns, and recommending appropriate plans
- Enrolling retirees compliantly and efficiently by reading provided script verbatim
- Conducting outbound phone calls to pre-set appointments, generating direct-to-consumer leads
- Handling inbound service calls by providing accurate and complete information
- Actively managing all assigned appointments to ensure all customers needs are met on a timely basis
- Responding to voicemails within 24 hours, internal chat requests, and resolve customer complaints and/or client escalations
- Licensed Agent will be Delivering a consistently positive customer experience in a highly ethical and professional manner
- Absorbing new information and possessing the flexibility to adapt to new processes rapidly - Processing a wide range of complex details and articulating the details in simple terms to customers with varying levels of knowledge and education
- Licensed Agent must maintain active resident health insurance license, or ability to renew license prior to start date, and any riders required by state (Med Sup/Illness/Critical Care)
Requirements:
-To perform this job successfully, you will need a dedicated quiet home office/workspace with an internet connection.
-A home-based system test will be required to ensure speed and quality match company requirements
-Cost for internet and/or phone services and equipment will not be reimbursable.
-Must have a Health Insurance License
- Licensed Agents will be required to be up to date on all CE’s and pass the AHIP exam (paid for by client)
- No contracting restrictions as related to carriers and/or previous employers. Release documents are required if previously sponsored by carriers or other companies
-Candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm EST. Some weekend availability during AEP.
