CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE IN THEIR RESIDENT STATE. REMOTE POSITION!

• Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (ABILITY TO MAKE 6 FIGURES YEAR 1) *

The Licensed Realtor position operates off a guaranteed weekly draw, in which most Realtors eclipse in the first couple of weeks, and top performers are making well into 6 figures by the end of year 1!

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Real Estate Agent, you will work leads delivered straight to you, working within your area. Additionally, you can join our team generating clients at local home shows and other events.

· Real Estate Agent will pursue and follow-up on leads. Manage and document your pipeline.

· Build relationships with clients through our proprietary lead capture and distribution system

· Licensed Realtor will deliver exceptional service – achieve your clients’ objectives.

· Learn, grow, make money, and have more fun doing real estate

Qualifications and Skills

· Must have a corresponding State Real Estate License

· Our Real Estate Agents must be driven to succeed and engage in the hard work success requires

· Customer service focus is mandatory

· Real Estate Agent should have knowledge of the working area

· Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Real Estate sales experience required
