Numerator is actively seeking to fill an exciting role as an Account Director to manage one of our largest strategic CPG clients. The ideal candidate will have experience both servicing and selling to Consumer and Shopper Insights / Category Management functions, as well as experience leveraging CPG insights data (Panel, POS, and Survey).
Numerator Account Directors are responsible for helping clients achieve measurable ROI utilizing Numerator’s proprietary data, reporting, and services. They are assigned to 1-2 strategic accounts and are expected to bring action-oriented insights to their client, and work with internal teams to solve our client’s most complex problems.
Grow strategic client account by deepening stakeholder relationships and building direct executive-level relationships, with a focus on delivering 10x ROI for the client, evangelizing joint success, and uncovering new growth opportunities
Partner with the client to develop and communicate an understanding of the client’s strategic initiatives, then work with the Services team to inform the insights and strategies required to execute those initiatives
Derive analytical insights and sales/marketing recommendations from Numerator’s proprietary data assets (panel, survey, and path), and deliver those insights in impactful presentations to client executives, key stakeholders, and public forums (webinars, conferences, blog posts, etc.
Develop a deep understanding of Numerator data, solutions, and services, to scope custom research projects and guide clients to ask the right questions for our data
Support Consulting & Onboarding teams as needed to manage resource priorities and lead client users on Numerator’s Insights business intelligence platform (system navigation, interpret results, how to answer key business questions, etc.)
Act as the primary voice of your customer, proposing solutions and helping Numerator to understand your client’s challenges to inform our product roadmap
