Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Seating Technician to join our team.
As a Seating Technician, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with individually configured mobility products and services.
Your work will enable our clients to actively participate in everyday life, thereby maintaining Numotion's reputation as an industry leader.

As a Seating Technician, you will complete CRT equipment assemblies and deliveries, including fittings and modifications as needed, to ensure that our clients' functional goals and outcomes are met.
You will support the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and contribute directly to fulfilling Numotion's vision. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the ATP, assembling equipment, delivering and fitting equipment to meet clinical team-established goals, troubleshooting product issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
You will also be responsible for maintaining delivery vehicles, fostering business relationships, adhering to safety procedures, attending training sessions, collaborating with ATPs and customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
This full-time, regular / at-will position is based in Johnson City-West Oakland and requires up to 75% travel. The salary range is $19.
00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience. Numotion offers competitive compensation packages, including benefits and a 401k.

Required Skills

- Experience in maintaining vehicles or equipment (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation technology industry (preferred)
- Experience in a role that requires frequent travel
- Experience working collaboratively with a clinical team (preferred)
