· Performing on-site assessments and quality assurance visits to clients
· Assist with in-home visits

Education: High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED
MUST HAVE degree in nursing (ASN/BSN) and licensed in GA REQUIRED
Physical Demands: Frequent to constant standing, walking, and using hands.
Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
Must be able to lift up 50lbs
Experience: In-Home Care experience REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years working with chronic illnesses and geriatrics
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
