What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Nurize?
We are a Home Health Care Agency looking for a full-time Scheduler to join our team.
The Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling client needs by identifying caregivers who are able to meet the needs of our clients. They will implement company processes, to expediently fill client scheduling with appropriately matched professionals.
Primary Responsibility (including, but not limited to):
· Ability to schedule consistent caregivers based on the client’s needs. Scheduling employees are expected to schedule a minimum of 2 weeks out.
· Ability to manage urgent staffing needs for your clients.
· Responsible to build relationships with caregivers to ensure we are utilizing their availability and skillset
· Responsible to document all communication
· Ability to follow company processes and meet deadlines
· Responsible to have strong communication with all internal team members
· Assigned on-call duty on and as-needed basis
· Communication with Management to hire for voids on a regular basic
· Assistance in enforcing company policies.
· Any additional tasks that are needed to provide
Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year in a scheduling position*
· Minimum of one year in customer service
· Minimum of one year in healthcare
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to handle high volume inbound and outbound calls
· 1-2 years of Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
