SUMMARY
NUSO has a full time opening for a Director of Digital Marketing. In this role you will be responsible for key digital marketing functions to drive the business forward and shape, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with various teams (eCommerce, Product Development, Marketing, Operations) to plan, execute and report on marketing campaigns and promote NUSO online.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sets marketing priorities in conjunction with the CEO and the management team.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
- Increases market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and service; directing promotional support.
- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Completes marketing department operational requirements by creating and implementing all things marketing: website design, marketing materials, convention set up and materials.
- Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ability to partner and work with current customers on specific marketing initiatives.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
- Build our digital marketing roadmap aligned with the overarching marketing strategy and integrated content media plan.
- Manage all digital marketing channels including the website, blogs, social media, etc., in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage an improve online content using SEO and Google Analytics.
- Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree from a Four-year College or University required.
- 5 years experience in digital marketing.
- Web Design experience Preferred.
- Strong content creation required.
- Graphic Design experience Preferred.
