Technical Services Compliance Specialist

Job Description: Under general direction, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and represent the Technical Services group in agency audits and inspections. •Ensure the programs and procedures of the various Technical Services groups are compliant with current regulations. •Review new or upcoming regulations and update programs and procedures. •Facilitate annual manual reviews and revise as needed. •Represent the Technical Services group in agency audits and inspections. This includes being familiar with the programs and processes in order to facilitate discussions with regulatory personnel. •Facilitate the reporting requirements for compliance system used by HSE, Benchmark/Gensuite. This includes over 160 corrosion control related tasks for annual cathodic protection surveys and 3yr atmospheric corrosion surveys. •Establish metrics to be used for ESG reporting. Also responsible for providing all support data for the ESG reporting. •Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Environmental science, safety, engineering, or related field preferred Experience may be considered in lieu of degree Five years of directly related professional experience. Must have knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting the P&T operation. SAP experience is preferred. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required Must be willing to travel, 20% This position will require an individual to hold a valid drivers license. This position will require an individual to hold a TWIC card. When a higher-level position exists candidates with greater qualifications may be considered for the position.
