This role reports to the Sr Manager, Digital Global Operations and will be in Loveland, CO or remote.
What you will do:
- Partner with Digital teams (Product & User Experience, Data & Architecture, Engineering), as well as the Finance on adherence of day-to-day tactical and strategic processes of the Digital teams
- Apply a blend of business analysis and project management acumen to develop and document process requirements, operations changes, training materials for financial management, vendor management, performance management and planning and delivery governance
- Generate distributable reports based on Digital Operations processes related to financial management
- Partner with digital team members and digital finance team for monitoring and tracking of internal labor hours based on accounting rules for the internal capitalization of labor
- Help to administer and manage vendor license acquisitions, renewals, and terminations
- Administer the contractor on- and off-boarding process with other members of the digital organization. Use insights of contractor data to provide data insights
- Partner with the Legal team and corporate Asset Management team for hardware and software inventory
- Partner with Information Security team on software acquisitions and 3rd-party partnerships to document and reduce risks
- Collaborate with the Digital Process Analyst to automate 3rd-party hardware and software renewals
- Work with Digital Operations Lead on KPI measurements on vendor and financial management improvements
- Provide reporting on Digital Operations processes related to vendor management to Nutrien Ag Solutions Digital partner teams
What you will bring:
- Experience in financial management concepts and budget oversight / forecasting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of operational improvements and organization effectiveness preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skill
- Knowledge of Financial management and finance terminology, agile methodology, and technology (software, hardware, new product development), and vendor relations
- Negotiation, communication, and change management skills
- Ability to lead process improvement, identify efficiency opportunities, and build relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $74,000-$101,750. This range is estimated for the Business Analyst position in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
