What you’ll do:
- Build brand awareness and deep product confidence around Dyna-Gro portfolio across territory.
- Manage Dyna-Gro seed sales and deliver on growth goals across defined geography.
- Collaborate with Division Leadership to develop and execute business plan to achieve profitable Dyna-Gro market share seed growth which includes a grower by grower sales plans across territory.
- Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice.
- Integrate and position Loveland proprietary products into customer business plans.
- Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable.
- Make safety a daily priority.
- Other duties as needed
What you’ll bring:
- 2 years’ experience in agronomy sales and seed
- Demonstrated leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work additional hours to meet business needs
- Successful candidate lives within the described geography, with 50% travel required, including overnight stays
- Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
