Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a dedicated partner and adviser focused on the people strategies and operations of the business. The HRBP will be a critical-thinker and self-motivated driver within human resource administration and talent acquisition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Talent Acquisition: The role will be responsible for the recruitment and on boarding of Food Service professionals, Chefs, and various supporting roles. Must have full life cycle recruitment experience.
- Must have and maintain working knowledge of employee/labor relations, coaching & counseling employees, conducting internal investigations, and federal, state, and local employment laws (including but not limited to: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, EEOC/PHRC, HIPAA, COBRA, FLSA, ADAA, workers compensation, and FMLA leave of absence laws).
- Prepares documentation and represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations/grievances and unemployment claims.
- Experience with various aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent management, benefits, compensation, performance management, change management, and HRIS.
- Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to business leaders on all aspects of HR & Talent Management
- Strong understanding of HR personnel policy and procedures.
- A client focused, consultative, and flexible, approach to developing HR programs.
Salary : $70,700 - $89,500
