We are currently seeking a Food Production Manager with healthcare experience at a large hospital facility to join our expanding team. The Food Production Manager is responsible for the overall production within the facility, covering areas of quality control, costs, food production, personnel, safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates who will:
- Have oversight of day-to-day food production operations
- Maintain high quality food service
- Assist the local director to achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Manage ordering of food and supplies
- Create a positive environment
Position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with company match, medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, vacation/holiday/sick pay.
Salary based on experience: $60,000-$70,000
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- Three of more years of culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Healthcare experience (preferred)
- A current ServSafe certification (preferred)
