Now Hiring: Store Manager
As a store manager, you will support the overall passion and shopping experience. You will help lead the team to guarantee all guests leave knowledgeable and satisfied. We are looking for someone assertive, enthusiastic, and trustworthy. Your day-to-day consists of
- Merchandising Products to Improve Store Sales.
- Engaging With Customers to Retain Customer Satisfaction.
- Responding To Questions and Concerns While Providing Positive Resolutions for Customers and Team Members.
- Coordinating Daily Routines for Team Members Depending on The Needs of The Store.
- Creating Work Schedules for Team Members.
- Collaborating With Team Members for Various Nuts Factory Locations.
- Efficiently Communicating Expectations with Team Members
- Assuring Team Members Are Educated on Software And Equipment Used In The Store.
- Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience In Customer Service Oriented Setting
- Store Management or Supervision Experience
- Ability to Work at an Alternating Pace
- Professional Approach
- High Energy and Gracious Attitude
