This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results. This role is located onsite at our TIAA office in Charlotte, NC, USA but will currently be remote. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs. CW-Servicing Administration Analyst II Performs customer service activities and initiatives for limited number of products or clients. Key Responsibilities and Duties Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, fax and mail. Referring complex problems to senior staff. Receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products and complaints. Entering phone and fax orders and related data into the computer. Making changes to orders, backorders, shipping delays or information necessary to process or cancel orders.Educational Requirements University (Degree) PreferredWork Experience 2 Years Required; 3 Years PreferredPhysical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 6IC The Client Service Associate I partners with associates in Distribution, Relationship Management, and Accounting to service Institutional and High Net Worth clients investing in the company's products. Under supervision, the role frequently communicates with internal business partners in support of Nuveen’s investors and focuses on onboarding support for new client accounts, delivering reports to clients, and working with business partners to service client needs throughout the client lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities and Duties Works with internal business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding. Provides database maintenance and compilation of business metrics. Helps with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings Help with preparing a large volume of custom quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers. Provides quality control for client reports and requests to ensure accuracy and completeness. Completes due diligence and client questionnaires. Provide other business support, as needed. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred Client service experience Detail oriented (nothing gets past you) Self-starter that can manage multiple tasks at the same time Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and written skills. Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Additional Responsibilities: Support client service SME during onboarding of new investors including interfacing with off-shore teams, pulling data required for internal systems from subscription documents Day-to-day team support collaborating with accounting and third party fund administrators to assist with the execution of investor production activity, reporting obligations for 3rd party private funds while tracking until completion Serve as key client service support between various external and internal stakeholders along with the Client Information Delivery Team to assist with the production and delivery of contractual and custom investor reporting Responding to client inquiries in a high volume environment by responding to scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests promptly while ensuring client expectations are met Serve as day-to-day operational support for other associates on the team focusing on resolution of complex problems and transactions, gaining experience is to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes Serves as a key member in team projects as needed while contributing to overall project objectives. Help with preparing a large volume of custom quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers. Required Experience: Client Service experience Preferred Experience 2 years of experience in the Asset Management Industry 2 years of Client Service experience Bachelor’s Degree Attention to Detail; Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent oral and written skills.
