Description

NuView IRA is looking to add an Operations Specialist to our  Operational business department. The Operations Specialist will be  empowered to assist our clients through alternative asset investing  & educate them on the importance of being in control of their  investments. As an IRA custodian, NuView IRA does not provide advice to  clients on what assets they should invest in. The NuView team supports  and assists our clients by doing the administrative functions of  purchasing assets at the client's request. Our operations team consists  of highly skilled employees that are at the forefront of customer  service. Each team member is assigned tasks within their team to ensure  accountability. Each team relies on communication and teamwork to ensure  that tasks are completed within the appropriate time. We help our  clients through all facets of their investment from their first  transaction to helping them build a knowledge base for continual  alternative asset investing. 


You will 

  • Create a positive customer service environment by guiding clients through interactions via phone, text, or email 
  • Complete transactions related to the operations department such as purchases, sales, and movement of money and assets 
  • Maintenance  of customer, account, and call records by logging all client  interactions through our customer relationship management system 
  • Assess risks to business operations 
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency 
  • Maintain physical security of sensitive data 
  • Establish relationships with diverse employees and co-workers

  • Ability  to effectively deliver on client resolution by being detail-oriented,  multi-tasking, and effectively probing up to handling and transferring  escalated issues as needed.

  • Ability to navigate within systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Office. 
  • Appropriately  leverage resources to validate & gather responses and resolve  issues in a way that adheres to NuView policies.

Requirements

 

  • One or more years of experience in customer service with data entry experience. 
  • Background and Credit Check 
  • The ability to verify the accuracy of financial data, records, or documents.
