The Nuvo Health team has an opening for a support staff position. Qualified candidates should be a team player and highly motivated as well as possess an upbeat and vibrant personality. You are detail oriented, confident and capable of multitasking and interacting with our patients with a smile, that is evident even while on the phone.

Responsibilities and duties include but not restricted to:
- Assisting patients with online bookings and forms
- Assisting with Zoom appointments
- Scheduling
- Maintaining patient documents
- Answering phone, voice mails and routing to proper channels
Must be extremely tech savvy and a quick learner, highly responsive to communication directives in a quick and timely fashion
A background in customer service, fitness, health or nutrition not required but a plus.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills...technically savvy
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 11 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
