Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital has been a part of the Conejo Valley community for over 60 years. We are a busy, 10 doctor practice providing small animal care for dogs, cats and and exotic pets (rabbits, reptiles, birds, etc.). Our 17,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility offers general veterinary care, 7 day a week emergency pet care, boarding, bathing, and doggy day camp. We practice the highest quality of pet care. Primary Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Accurately and reliably entering information into the patient database
- Collecting and updating client and patient information
- Answering phones, making appointments, relaying messages to doctor and staff
- Making outbound calls, following up on previous appointments and visits
- Collecting payment for services in person and over the phone, going over financial estimates with clients
- Weighing patients and drawing up vaccines
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience).
