Annual compensation is commensurate with experience, $250,000 plus earning potential (per a 3.5-to-4-day work week). We pay our associate veterinarians based on a ProSal compensation method that allows for diligent work ethic to be rewarded consistently ranging from $140,000-$230,000 base pay. As an Associate Veterinarian, you will have access to all the tools needed to care for the pets that come through our doors. Equipment like digital radiology, ultrasound, full in-house laboratory, anesthesia monitoring equipment and access to boarded orthopedic surgical services and radiology will be at your disposal.
We are a unique hybrid hospital seeing a strong mix of General Practice cases as well as Urgent Care! We have a deeply rooted desire to take care of every patient in our community “family”. It is common to see same day appointments plus urgent care cases and we pride ourselves on being accessible to our clients! Whether it is a severely upset stomach causing vomiting/diarrhea, itchy skin or a bloated pet where we come to find out there is a stomach blockage requiring immediate surgery – we try to be there for our clients! Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing
