WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

The Marketing Manager is a multifaceted, highly visible and influential position with outstanding growth potential. You will closely collaborate with product management, sales and regional marketing teams to define, plan and lead marketing activities that support the growth of the nVent HOFFMAN business.

This role is ideal for an upbeat individual who is passionate about driving growth through marketing programs from concept to completion. This role requires someone who is a self-starter, highly motivated and can collaborate well with other functions.

As a key contributor to the North America marketing organization, this position will:

  • Generate incremental growth through the commercialization process for new product launches and marketing programs from ideation to execution

  • Provide clear specifications with defined creative briefs to Business Communications and Digital for the creation of marketing programs, sales tools, tradeshows, collateral and website content

  • Create value propositions and work with Product Management to craft features, advantages and benefits around the needs of nVent HOFFMAN key customer groups

  • Deliver a content strategy and messaging roadmap that aligns with the value proposition and benefits for respective markets and products

  • Understand the digital customer journey and how various marketing activities impact the direct and indirect customers

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Marketing, Business, Journalism, or Communications area of focus preferred

  • 3 years of experience running fully coordinated campaigns with focus on digital marketing to drive leads in a matrix organization

  • B2B experience preferred, but not required

  • Experience in customer acquisition with both demand generation and segmentation & targeting preferred

  • Content marketing / demand generation experience, with understanding of messaging and engagement across the customer lifecycle and to multiple personas preferred

  • Ability to travel 10-15% required
