Plan, conduct and report results of operational process audits
Identify and evaluate risks for processes that have not been previously audited
Propose audit scope, objectives and test procedures to be utilized
Perform reviews of internal audits performed by others, providing new insights and value-add comments to peers
Evaluate business process design to ensure effective internal controls
Forecast SOX contract resourcing needs, manage & review SOX testing, and perform some SOX tests
Assist external auditors in examining and assessing the reliability and integrity of financial information
Assist Internal Audit director with development of the annual audit plan
Apply professional standards in compliance with AICPA Professional Standards, Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA), and COSO guidelines Come on your first day with:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting
Certification as a CPA or CIA
Minimum of 5 years auditing experience (Level 2). Additional years of experience required for Level 3.
Public accounting experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of accounting and internal audit standards
Proven ability to obtain sufficient information to perform comprehensive project-level risk assessments, recommend project scope and develop targeted test plans to meet audit objectives.
Ability to work independently and self-manage with limited oversight
Ability to work very effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with all levels of employees
Demonstrated skill multi-tasking, organizing and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and balance priorities
Proven ability to document one’s work in accordance with quality assurance standards & practices

Targets are calculated using eligible earnings during plan year participation. Payout, if earned, is based on company and individual performance for each plan year and may range from 0% – 200% of target. Targets are subject to change in subsequent plan years. Must be employed by September 30 in order to receive any prorated payout.
