POSITION SUMMARY
Cybersecurity Rocks! Getting breached stinks! Our Breach Prevention platform helps MSPs manage their client’s cybersecurity posture in one complete platform while also providing transparency to their clients of all the work they are doing and how they are keeping them safe.
Our platform helps MSPs DETECT issues that exist, MANAGE those issues by providing ongoing remediation and watching over the environment to make sure it stays safe, LEARN addresses the human element of security. We do not want those pesky humans causing any issues and they are the company’s best line of defense within the environment and finally PROTECT which gives the MSPs peace of mind that if they are doing the right things and a client does get breached that they have a way to get them back in operating mode without it costing them a ton of money.
We’re looking for a person who wants to build a partner success machine from scratch. Someone who is looking to go first and lay the groundwork for those who come after. At ThreatAdvice, everything you do matters. When you succeed the business grows. You will work directly with the executive team to fulfill two objectives:
- Nurture new opportunities from inbound leads
- Onboard new partners
- Help existing partners maximize the value of their investment in the ThreatAdvice platform

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate daily with partners both in written and verbal form
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners
- Design and execute proactive adoption strategies with partners
- Onboard new partners with our current process and help create a better process
- Design and provide weekly data-driven partner health reports that match what we care about at our stage of the business
- Communicate with appropriate team members to further adoption with partners and closing the loop internally and externally
- Design and document a partner success process that all the team can contribute to
- Take an active role in educating yourself about the newest features and developments to educate partners so they receive the full benefits of the platform
- Provide feedback to the development team and help them prioritize features based on what partners are saying
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- You have a ton of energy and like to have fun!
- You like FAST PACE!
- You do not mind change, even if it is every day!
- You have at least 2 years ‘experience selling to and working with MSP partners.
- You can learn new software quickly.
- You are NOT shy and have no problem asking questions.
- You believe that cybersecurity is the most important focus for an MSP.
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- You are as comfortable talking to a business owner as a technical resource.
- You can discover what the problem is and how you can help solve it.
- You are comfortable doing demos and eventually webinars.
- You are a relationship builder who will focus on improving partner adoption.
- You really care about the success of your clients and do not just consider it your job.
- You want to help design the process and possibly grown into a management role.
- You are a detail-oriented person.
- You are looking for a long-term career and not a job!
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, HOWEVER, experience trumps a degree every time. So, apply if you have experience even if you do not have a degree.
