Must be available to work any shift, overtime, and occasional weekends with mandatory Fall Peak Season demands. Positions require lifting up to 60 lbs., solid attendance, and pre-employment physical, drug and background screening. Company benefits provided.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sets up, operates, and adjusts automated equipment such as palletizers, formers, labelers, conveyors, shrink film systems, etc.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Maintains continuous operation of the line equipment and prevents downtime by performing basic troubleshooting.
- Verifies and identifies product conformance with quality specifications and standards.
- Loads and feeds packing materials and supplies onto automated equipment.
- Maintains a clean, safe and orderly work area.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Experience preferred in a distribution/manufacturing environment
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Good judgment/problem-solving skills
