Company Description
JazzHR is searching for a highly motivated and resourceful thinker to join our expanding organization. The Salesforce Architect will be a key member of the Growth Operations team and will oversee design, development, testing, and change management. You will drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications and supporting integrations with Salesforce. You will work with our Development Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into effective and scalable products within the CRM.

- The know-how to build intuitive UI components with modern web technologies such as TypeScript / JavaScript (Angular, React, etc.), HTML5, and CSS / Sass that will be used by thousands of our customers
- A desire to architect and build robust, performant APIs using object-oriented languages and frameworks such as PHP (Symfony), Python (Django), and Java (Spring)
- A passion for writing well-tested code covered by automated test runners such as Cypress, Karma, PHPUnit, enabling us to frequently iterate and release value to our customers
- A drive to design scalable and generic data models that will hold up under high demand via storage engines such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, Apache Solr, and MongoDB
- Enthusiasm for the “developer experience” of your colleagues by leveraging Gulp, Webpack, Babel, Jenkins, and other automated build tools
