Responsible for directing all marketing activities within the company including executing the day to day activities of the marketing function. Experience creating successful marketing plans, detail oriented, results focused, resilient, resourceful, optimistic, and energetic, team-player, creative thinking to include:
- Build and manage the company’s Brand strategy, including awareness and positioning. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities across the company.
- Drive the early sales cycle, collaborating with Sales to identify and advance new business opportunities through Account Based Marketing and Sales Development Methodology (ABMSD). Additionally, enabling the company to meet revenue goals and objectives by providing appropriate tools and materials that support ABMSD.
- Direct, oversee, and execute on Email Marketing (Drip/Nurture Campaigns) while reviewing and qualifying all Marketing Qualified Leads captured via company web site(s) and ensuring all MQLs are updated in the Sales/Marketing CRM.
- Manage and execute external communications / public relations needs.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources based upon optimal return on investment while coordinating and executing maximum use of all marketing co-op funds across multiple partners.
- Stay current on market trends, research, and tools.
- Propose new lead sources
- Coordinate trade shows and events with sales team. Prepare print and digital content. Create and manage press releases.
- Responsible for capturing and reporting on ROI of marketing campaigns and lead sources to determine which are effective or not to Executive leadership team.
- Carry out competitor analysis and develop sales tools (Battle Cards) to ensure the marketing strategy and Sales Team can effectively communicate NXTurn differentiators.
- Periodically represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Organize participation in conferences and trade shows in support of the marketing strategy.
- Work closely with other department heads, sales people, and senior leadership on company projects. Complete miscellaneous marketing projects at the request of senior leadership.
- Direct, oversee and execute all design and advertising initiatives/campaigns.
- Direct, oversee and execute all digital / social media strategy and content marketing including all company websites.
- Direct and manage marketing and sales analytics and reporting, including the use of Marketing Automation Stack solutions as well as any marketing technology that presents itself as vital to the organization’s goals.
- Manage external service providers/vendors, including holding them accountable to co-developed goals and metrics.
- Own the continuous improvement of all marketing and lead generation processes and content.
