As a Sales Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within designated neighborhoods. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations, educate homeowners about our offerings, the value and benefits of Solar Energy, and collect essential information that will contribute to our sales pipeline.


Responsibilities of a Sales Lead Generator:

Knocking on doors within assigned territories and initiating conversations with homeowners.

Introducing our products/services and effectively communicating their value propositions.

Collecting relevant contact information and specific details from interested homeowners.

Answering basic questions and addressing minor concerns potential clients may have.

Recording accurate and detailed lead information for further follow-up.

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.


A Sales Lead Generator will meet the below Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education is a plus.

Proven experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or related customer facing roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Persuasive and confident personality with the ability to handle objections.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Resilience and a positive attitude, even in the face of rejection.

Familiarity with sales is a plus.

Minimum Salary Listed is Base Salary Pre-Commission. Maximum Income shown is for anyone who performs at the high end of the Average.
Above Average performers should have an expected Income of over $100,000 per year.
